The Method Makeover program is designed to prepare your home for market. From deep-cleaning to painting, carpet, lighting, countertops…you name it, we will work together to assess opportunities to elevate your homes value.
The Method Makeover program fronts all of the costs associated with updating your home, and payment for the work is collected at closing, with NO interest and NO fees to the Seller, ever.
While the below is not a comprehensive guide of all services that may be covered, it should serve as a high level reference for what its generally allowed. Some work may require additional details before approval and Method reserves the right to deny any services, at any time, for any reason.

ELIGIBILITY & RESTRICTIONS
The program is available to all Sellers with an exclusive listing agreement with Method.
There must be sufficient equity in your home to cover the cost of the improvements. Properties that are in foreclosure or short sale are not eligible or the program
Prospective Sellers interested in participating must review and execute the Method Makeover service agreement outlining the program services.
Structural improvements (additions, foundations, etc) will not be covered.
DETAILS
You will send all invoices to your agent for payment by Method. At closing, Method Makeover will issue an invoice for the exact cost of the services rendered. In the event the property does not sell or the listing agreement is terminated for any reason, Method Makeover will still only collect the cost of the services performed.
No matter if it takes 4 days or 4 months to sell your home, you will never be charged any interest or fees.
